These terms govern access to and use of the REXDIN platform (website, integrations, and related services). By registering, connecting your wallet, or joining a raffle, you declare that you have read and accepted these conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
REXDIN is a platform focused on decentralized raffles and related mechanics, including purchasing entries, running draws through smart contracts on the configured network, distributing prizes according to each campaign's rules, and, where applicable, a referral program with commissions.
Economic rules, deadlines, number of tickets, prices, and specific prizes depend on each raffle and the on-chain configuration in effect at the time of participation.
You must be of legal age under the laws of your place of residence. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. The wallet address you connect must be yours or one you are entitled to use.
Blockchain operations may be irreversible, public on the explorer, and subject to congestion, network fees, protocol updates, or failures outside REXDIN's control. Crypto assets are volatile: fiat value can change significantly.
You use the service at your own risk, with knowledge of these limitations.
Unless a raffle clearly and verifiably states otherwise:
Prizes will be delivered according to each raffle's conditions and logistical availability when physical prizes exist. If physical shipping is not possible in your jurisdiction, an equivalent alternative may apply (e.g. stablecoin settlement per campaign rules).
The winner must provide correct contact details and meet reasonable verification requirements when required by law or fraud risk.
When a referral program exists, commissions, percentages, and conditions derive from the current product and/or contract configuration. Accrued commissions will not be changed retroactively except for manifest error, fraud, or legal requirement.

REXDIN may suspend accounts or block access upon reasonable signs of violation.
Trademarks, designs, text, code, and site content are owned by REXDIN or its licensors. No license is granted except what is necessary to use the service as intended.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, REXDIN will not be liable for lost profits, indirect damages, losses from market volatility, third-party failures (including blockchain networks, wallets, or Internet providers), or force majeure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
It is your responsibility to verify whether participating in raffles or using crypto assets is permitted in your country or region. REXDIN may restrict geographic or functional access when law or risk policies advise it.
We may update these terms. The effective date will be shown on this page. Continued use of the service after material changes may constitute acceptance, without prejudice to rights that law does not allow to limit.
Unless mandatory rules in your country provide otherwise, the parties may submit to the jurisdiction of courts designated by the REXDIN operator in its corporate documentation or, failing that, the courts of the operator's registered office. If the operator does not publish a seat, reasonable mediation via support will prevail before legal action when feasible.
